1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the AmbuStock mobile application, published by David Defoy / ElpisIA.
2. Professional use
AmbuStock is an aid for managing pharmaceutical stock. It does not replace the legal, regulatory or professional obligations of emergency and healthcare services. The user remains solely responsible for the compliance of their stock and for the use of medicines.
3. Licence
The application is licensed for personal and professional use on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, in accordance with the Apple App Store terms.
4. Availability
ElpisIA endeavours to keep the application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Updates may change or withdraw certain features.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ElpisIA cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the application, in particular in the event of input error, unsaved data loss, or a decision taken on the basis of the information displayed.
