AdminPlace is local-first: your data stays on your device.
What the app collects
Nothing. ElpisIA receives no data from AdminPlace: no telemetry, no usage statistics, no account to create.
Where your data lives
- Sites, records and settings are stored locally on your Mac.
- Secrets (passwords, API keys, tokens) live in the system keychain; reading them requires Touch ID or your session password.
- Vault backups are encrypted (AES-GCM) with a password you choose; without it the file is unreadable.
Outgoing connections
The app only connects to services you configure yourself: your websites, your WooCommerce shop, Google Analytics (OAuth), your host's API… Your credentials go directly to those services, never to ElpisIA. Those services' own terms apply.
Notifications
Renewal reminders are generated on-device by the macOS notification system.
