2. No data collected
Polyapps collects no personal data. The app has no user account, no telemetry, no advertising, and makes no network connection. Nothing is sent to ElpisIA or to any third party.
3. Data stored locally
Polyapps only stores on your Mac the settings it needs to work:
- Your list of profiles and the color, emoji, nickname and photo you assign to them
- Your preferences (language, last profile used)
- The lightweight browser copies ("clones") created in
~/Applications/Polyapps
This information stays on your device, in your app settings and your ~/Library/Application Support/Polyapps folder.
4. Third-party browsers
Polyapps merely launches the browsers you have installed (Firefox, Thunderbird, etc.). Your use of those browsers is governed by their publishers' own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
Since no data is collected, there is nothing for ElpisIA to access, correct or delete. You can erase all local data at any time (see the "Data Deletion" page). Questions: our contact form.
