Data Deletion

GoodNote Free Change requires no user account. All your data stays local on your Mac.

Delete all your data

1. Delete backups you no longer need (NAME.backup.goodnotes files next to your documents) — after checking your documents in GoodNotes
2. Delete the preferences file: ~/Library/Preferences/com.defoy.goodnotefreechange.plist
3. Drag the application to the Trash to uninstall it

Your GoodNotes documents and PDFs are never deleted by the application.
