Terms of use for ReplayMe, an app published by ElpisIA.

The app
- ReplayMe is offered free of charge, with no account, no advertising and no in-app purchase.
- The app is provided « as is », without warranty of any kind.
- ElpisIA cannot be held responsible for lost clips, a failed edit, an interrupted export or any improper use of the app.
- Since videos are kept only on your device, remember to save the replays you care about to your photo library: uninstalling the app erases them for good.
Prohibited content
A moment's clips are shared with all its participants. You may not film, import or share in ReplayMe any content that is:
- shocking or violent: real violence, cruelty, images meant to shock;
- hateful or harassing: words, gestures or images that attack, threaten or humiliate a person or a group, in particular because of their origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability;
- sexual without the consent of every person filmed, and any sexual content involving a minor, whatever it is;
- illegal, or that encourages anyone to break the law;
- harmful to others: to their privacy, their image (filming or sharing someone against their will), their reputation, or to copyright (music, film or work you have no right to use).
You remain responsible for the videos you film, import, edit and share, in particular for the image rights of the people filmed: ask for their agreement before filming them and before publishing a replay. You also remain responsible for complying with the law and with the rules of the place where you film.
What happens to prohibited content
- The organizer of the moment can delete any clip for all participants, and remove a participant, with or without their clips. A removed participant cannot come back into that moment, even with the QR code or the invitation link.
- Every participant can leave a clip out of their own edit, leave the moment or delete it from their iPhone, and report someone else's clip (long press on the clip › « Report »), which opens our support page.
- ElpisIA answers every report within 24 hours. ReplayMe has no server: clips never go through us, and we can neither see them nor remove them remotely. We help you have the content deleted and the person removed by the organizer of the moment, and, for illegal content, we tell you which authorities to contact.
