Terms of use for Repoya, an app published by ElpisIA.
- The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
- Repoya is an aid, not a guarantee. The accuracy of a position depends on the device's GPS and its surroundings: between concrete walls, underground or among tall buildings, it can degrade badly. The app always shows the measured accuracy — take it into account.
- You remain responsible for your own attention and safety: do not consult the app while driving, and watch the road rather than the arrow while walking.
- You remain responsible for complying with the rules of the place where you park and with applicable law.
- ElpisIA cannot be held liable for a vehicle not found, an imprecise position, an incomplete offline map, a parking fine, or any damage related to the use of the app.
- The app's personal data (positions, private places, folders, photos, vehicles) is kept only on your device: deleting the app erases it permanently. Only what you publish in the optional community leaves the device: your account, the places you make public, your comments, your ratings and your forum posts. Deleting the app does not erase your account or what you have published. This part is governed by the repoya.com terms of use and privacy policy, which prevail if they differ from this page.
- Map tiles come from OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap data, whose attributions must remain visible in the app.
