Unformat creates no account, so there is no account to delete. Here is how to erase what the app keeps on your Mac.
No sign-up, no username, no password. ElpisIA holds no data about you and has no access to anything below.
Reset statistics
Open Preferences › Advanced and click “Reset statistics now” (version 1.1). You can also turn statistics off there.
Clear the capture history
In Unformat's menu, open Capture history › Clear history (version 1.1). This history is never written to disk: it also disappears when you quit the app.
Remove the Screen Recording permission
In System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording, untick Unformat. Only text capture (⌃⌥C) uses it; macOS will ask again if you use it later.
Remove everything
- if opening at login is on, untick it in Preferences › General, then quit Unformat;
- move Unformat to the Trash from the Applications folder;
- to erase its settings too, choose Finder › Go › Go to Folder…, type
~/Library/Containersand delete the Unformat folder.
